Featured Project
LBI National Golf & Resort
Located in Little Egg Harbor Township, previously known as Sea Oaks, this golf course was rebranded as the now illustrious LBI National Golf & Resort. Starting in early spring of 2023, this property underwent several months of renovation, including multiple landscape and hardscape projects. Having been meticulously renovated, this property is truly a sight to behold.

The front entrance and parking lot have undergone a complete transformation. All plants, trees, and overgrown roots have been removed, leaving a clear and open space. The areas have been carefully leveled to create a smooth surface, ensuring optimal growth for new plants and the proper functioning of the irrigation system. Working closely with the landscaping architect, we have strategically planted a variety of plants that enhance the area and provide adequate coverage. To add a finishing touch, black mulch has been spread across the beds, and over 20 pallets of fresh sod have been laid down. Moving to the back of the building, we have replicated the same process by planting multiple plants, spreading black mulch, and installing new sod. The overall appearance of the building and its surroundings is now impressive, ready to welcome visitors. To complete the project, we have meticulously pruned and groomed the plants, ensuring their health and aesthetics. A thorough inspection of our work has been conducted to ensure perfection. The new landscaping design has brought a sense of unity and sophistication to the property, elevating its overall appeal.

Our goal for the new golf cart pathway was to separate the restaurant at the rear of the building from the golf course. We designed, excavated, and leveled a new pathway through the shrubbery. Heavy machinery was used to compact the area, ensuring a solid surface and proper elevation for safe passage of golf carts. Over 10 pallets of pavers were carefully laid down on a base of stone dust to create a smooth, level surface. Once the primary installation was completed, we meticulously made the required paver cuts to seamlessly connect to the existing walkways, resulting in a cohesive and uninterrupted final pathway.

Back Lot Renovation
The rear portion of the property boasted ample open space and potential, yet the landscaping appeared minimal and outdated. Moreover, there was a desire to establish a feeling of seclusion for the ballroom situated at the back of the structure.
Following the initial design phase, the existing landscape and hardscape were removed. The back area was graded to ensure proper drainage away from the building. Flower beds were strategically placed around the rear, and over 75 trees were meticulously planted to achieve a sense of cohesion. Mulch was evenly distributed across the new beds, and more than 20 pallets of sod were meticulously laid. Precise measurements were taken to guarantee consistency among all trees and flower beds. This fresh layout not only offered a stunning new vista for ballroom guests but also provided a sense of privacy.
